“Not sure” is a perfectly good answer and a common one. A mailing address often names a
place that is not a jurisdiction, and we check it either way.
This is the one we cannot start without. Utilities adequate for self-storage are not adequate for a
data centre, and flood constraints that stop a subdivision are survivable for a laydown yard. The same parcel gets a
different answer depending on what you intend.
